Networks built right
the first time.

From a new build-out to the closet nobody wants to open — we design and deploy networks for reliability, visibility, and room to grow. No mystery boxes, no 'it worked yesterday' Wi‑Fi. Documented, labeled, and supported by the same local team that built it — so when something needs attention, you're not decoding someone else's mess.

How it works

How we work

  1. 01

    Discover

We interview your team, map devices and apps, walk the space, and note what’s painful today — dead zones, dropped VoIP, slow file shares, or “we don’t know what’s in that closet.”

  2. 02

    Design

You get a written plan: BOM, VLAN map, failover assumptions, and cutover steps. We review it with you before anything is purchased.

  3. 03

    Implement

We stage gear when possible, schedule cutover windows that respect your hours, and keep a rollback path if something surprises us.

  4. 04

    Validate

Acceptance tests: Wi‑Fi coverage targets, internet failover drill, VoIP test calls, and monitoring hooks if you’re on managed IT with us.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you work with our electrician or low-voltage contractor?

Yes — that’s normal. We provide cable counts, pathway guidance, and termination specs; they pull and terminate. We test, certify, label, and document. You keep one throat to choke on the network side.

Do you manage ISP relationships?

We don’t resell circuits, but we do help you order the right handoff (static IP, proper modem/ONT placement, bandwidth sizing) and configure failover between fiber/cable/5G backup. We speak ISP tech when you’d rather not.

What if we only need a Wi‑Fi fix?

We take smaller projects. A heatmap-driven Wi‑Fi refresh with proper access points and VLAN separation is a common starting engagement. If the underlying switching is unsafe, we’ll tell you — but we won’t upsell a full rip-and-replace unless you need it.

Do you only work in the High Country?

We’re based in West Jefferson and prioritize local on-site work. Larger design-and-remote-support engagements are possible for clients we already know — ask on the consult call.
